Definition of Happiness: good fortune; pleasure;
contentment; joy

I’d say these
are all things most people wish to possess. We wish to
Have and attract good fortune; live in abundance;
indulge in activities that bring us
Great pleasure;
embrace a loving sense of contentment; and let the joys
Of life and
feel-good moments flow through us as simply as breathing. Yet often times
Stress will fill the
space for those feelings. And it leads us so many times to question:
“HOW DO I GET HAPPIER?!”
Allow me to offer
some simple, stress-free ways we can
possibly get those happy feelings flowing free-er.

We
naturally get Vitamin D
from the Sun, and it’s proven to
make us HAPPIER.
Though
always take caution when spending large amounts in the sun,
Because
most of us know it is possible to receive too much Vitamin D
and therefore can cause unwanted damage.
But just like a recipe, if the
proper amount is absorbed, the benefits can
be amazing!

Always be sure to use sunscreen!

yummies: We all know we ‘gotta’ eat to survive.
